Who is ADWN?

ADWN is a non-partisan, non-denominational, non-profit association for the advancement of working women.

What is the purpose of the association?

The association, whose activity is not aimed at profit, aims

(1) to demand, promote and take measures for equality between women and men in society,
(2) support the interests of working women,
(3) Encouraging women to network with each other and promote exchange
(4) Encouraging women to seek qualified training and take on positions of responsibility,
(5) To take measures to ensure equal treatment for women and men,
(6) take action in support of these goals

Which activities are used to achieve the association's purpose?

How can I become a member?

By contacting a club member or via the contact email. After a personal performance (live or hybrid), the board of ADWN decides.

How much membership fee do I have to pay?

The annual membership fee is €250 and is payable at the beginning of the calendar year. Members who join at a later date pay the corresponding twelfths, with each indicated month counting. Young members pay half the amount

Who is a Young Member?

all working women up to the age of 35.

When was ADWN founded?

ADWN formerly BPW Wien International was founded on December 22, 2014.
